Go to your download folder and unzip the download using your unzip program (most allow you to select this option when right clicking a zip file). Go to the github link and download the latest version You need an unzip program, winzip or winrar will do. You don't need to subscribe to install, in fact not being subscribed makes things easier so unsub, but rate it up because it does work and is great. After launching the game using Kaedrin's Mod Manager (which took like 5 minutes) all my mods work now with no issues! Particularly the mod that removes siege battles entirely (cheesing AI gets old fast).
Playing vanilla was ok for a few hours but I started to really miss my mods.
